How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Switching membership tiers or length.

You can switch your membership at any time via your My Account.

To switch your membership:

1. Visit 'My Account'
2. Click 'Subscriptions' and scroll to 'Subscription totals'
3. Press 'Switch membership'

4. Select your preferred Membership Tier and Membership Length
5. Click 'Continue' and confirm your membership change


If you upgrade, you'll be charged the difference between your current and new membership.

If you downgrade, you'll be credited the leftover amount on your existing membership and new membership.

Any changes made to your membership will take effect immediately.
